Sales tax is required on orders shipped within the state of California at the local tax rate.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Standard orders are typically processed between 2-5 business days. We ship Monday-Thursday. After leaving the Alchemists' Workshop, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 1 and 2 weeks. We primarily ship through USPS.

WHERE DO SHIP FROM?
All our items ship from our Alchemist Workshop in Orange County, California.

DO YOU ACCEPT ORDERS OUTSIDE THE U.S.?
We sure do! Shipping rates are calculated based on weight of the item and your country. If Customs charges apply it is the buyer -- you -- who is 100% responsible for the fees. Because these orders must pass through Customs, International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive after they leave the Alchemists' Workshop.

SHIPPING

U.S.SHIPPING (First-Class -or- Priority)
Orders may go via First-Class Mail or Priority Mail depending on the shipment weight and destination. Most shipments to the lower 48 and D.C. should arrive within 2-10 days, longer for other destinations. This is the only option available for AK, HI, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO, all other U.S. Territories and Canada. We ship free for all orders over $55 (after applying discounts and not including tax). For orders under $55, you may select between two options: variable rate (calculated at check-out) or flat rate for $6.75.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (First-Class)
Orders to Canada will ship via First-Class Mail International Package.  IMPORTANT NOTE: For orders shipped to Canada any applicable duties, tariffs or other fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

REFUND + EXCHANGE POLICY

Bear in mind that our products are handmade and tend to have slight variations (such as product color) from batch to batch.We stand behind our commitment to offer you quality products and want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase! So if you're not satisfied, contact us and we'll make it right! Product replacement or store credit determined on a case-by-case basis. All returns and exchanges require proof of purchase from www.myapricity.com.

Securely wrap the package and email hello(at)myapricity.com for return mailing address. APRICITY is not responsible for returned articles lost during transit. Delivery services Fed Ex, UPS, or insured Parcel Post from the USPS is recommended. To ensure prompt credit be sure to include your name, address, phone number, email address and www.myapricity.com order number. We do apologize, but APRICITY does not cover the shipping charge to send your products back to us for a refund.

Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival. Processing time for returns is usually 10 business days from the time the return is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays. An e-mail will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return.


We only accept returns for items purchased through www.myapricity.com. If you purchased an APRICITY item from a retail partner, please contact that retailer directly.
